Here at the Terrace Gallery we offer a unique exhibition space in the heart of Penryn, Cornwall, for solo shows by contemporary artists from within the South West of England.

Our collections are curated by Sam & Dave Pentin, who bring years of experience working in art, design and illustration to the gallery. Artists themselves, they have strong long term connections with experienced & emerging local artists, as well as a love of contemporary & abstract art.

Within the gallery we also sell prints and cards from our exhibiting artists, along with a range of small gifts, books and jewellery from local authors and makers.

We offer free local delivery within a 20 mile radius for all the artwork, prints and gifts over £20. For non local deliveries we used trusted couriers, ensure purchasers are wrapped appropriately so they won't be damaged in transit, and insure the items while in transit so you won't be left out of pocket if anything unexpected should happen.

In non Lockdown times we run an inspiring schedule of one-off events, demonstrations, creative workshops and courses in conjunction with our resident art course specialists Sketch Trips.

Also housed within the building are a number of affordable artists studios and office spaces which are a home from home for a small collective of creative practitioners.

The 69, U1 or U2 bus service from Falmouth, Truro and Redruth stops practically outside of the door in the heart of Penryn and we are walking distance from the train station.

There is limited parking for 30 minutes on the road just down from the gallery. The nearby Permarin car park is free and can be reached on foot through an Ope next to the Mariners fish and chip shop opposite the gallery. There is also a closer pay and display car park on Saracen Rd.
