About us

The terrace gallery offers a small exhibition & retail space for contemporary artists & makers, a varied schedule of events, workshops & courses and a studio scheme for creative businesses.

We sell artwork, cards and posters from our exhibiting artists. Gorgeous jewellery from makers Sinead Silver Design, and YeMaya. And beautiful home gifts from Snowbunting and Mizzle & Haze.

Our vibrant arts schedule of monthly exhibitions highlights the incredible work of a variety of artists from printmakers to painters. Each month they co-host a private view so you can meet the maker and find out what inspires their artwork.

Alongside their exhibitions some artists provide one-off events, demonstrations and workshops in our first floor event space. Our resident art course specialists Sketch Trips also offer a diverse itinerary of creative workshops and courses.

Housed within the building our artists studios and office space offer affordable creative workspaces and allow a small collective of creative practitioners to explore & expand the commerciality of their craft and creative offering.

Our current creative tenants include:
The Writers Collective - a community of writers and supportive services
Sketch Trips  - specialists in art holidays and workshops
Dave Pentin - gum and ink artist
Derek Hayes - animator, designer and artist
Lee Kellgren - painter and printmaker
