Maggie’s art is all about her love affair with the Cornish beaches and coastline. Her
meditative coastal landscapes capture a sense of being on the beach, standing at the water’s edge watching and listening to the ebb and flow of the ocean.
Capturing a moment in time, her paintings also capture a sense of both the timelessness and the transience of the coastal landscape. Tracks left in the sand and rocks newly exposed by the outgoing tide are soon lost again as the tide washes back in.

Maggie has a Fine Art degree from the University of Chichester and completed the
Porthmeor Programme at the St Ives School of Painting in 2020. She is also a co-founder of Prime Women Artists, a network set up to support women artists living and working in Cornwall.
