Rubic finds he is a city fox. He can’t kill his food. A city fox doesn’t need to. On the journey home he meets tigers, and encounters a maddened ferret at Stonehenge. He puzzles over whether the deer in Richmond Park are free or tame and finds the buried king. The rescue of another foxling means he has to move on yet again.
