Nicky is an artist who enjoys capturing light and colour through her photography and paintings. Her fascination of the sea, weather-fronts, cloud formations, landscapes and skies fuel her desire to capture these coastlines on canvas. The appeal to ever-changing nature is captured in her work. Her work includes the wild coastlines of Cornwall and Devon. Her style is bold, fresh and instinctual and the brushstrokes are immediate and characterful.
Nicky has been painting since she graduated in Art at the Kingston University. She has developed her skill and technique over the years and works at home and en plein air.
