Lee Kellgren is a Cornwall-based printmaker specializing in limited-edition etchings and now also working in oil paint.

Delicate and atmospheric original etchings using a traditional copper plate. Using marks and acid with soft-ground, sugar-lift and aquatint to create prints that are like painterly landscapes. Also uses photogravure etchings to create subtle, other-worldly images about the quality of light in an image.

Currently working on using colour and layers in semi-figurative oil and acrylic paintings.

After many years in Bristol as a member of Spike Print Studio, Lee now has a studio at Terrace Gallery, Penryn in Cornwall.

Lees' work is currently being shown at Inspire Makers on Tue 12 - Sat 30 April 2022 as well as part of the Terrace Gallery residents exhibition on Wed 04 - Sat 30 May 2022, so watch this space for her new collection
